FreePhone Guide is operated by a small editorial team. We do not accept enrollment applications and we cannot check the status of an existing Lifeline application. For those questions, please contact USAC directly — see below.

Editorial corrections

If you spot an error in any of our state, carrier, or program pages — an outdated phone number, a carrier no longer enrolling in your state, an eligibility threshold that has been updated by USAC — please email editorial@freephoneguide.example with the URL and a description of the issue. We update the site whenever USAC publishes new program materials.

Carrier and partnership inquiries

Lifeline / ACP carriers, state agencies, or community organizations who would like to add or update a listing should email partners@freephoneguide.example. We will respond within five business days. As a reminder, FreePhone Guide is editorially independent — we do not exchange paid placements for favorable coverage.
